Disliked: I had left some chargers called straight away once I realised - 1/2 an hour from checkout was told they weren’t there. Received an email from housekeeping addressed to someone else. Not great

Liked: The location is superb, 2 min walk from the train station with different lines, room is clean facing towards the river or the city. Best thing for me is that the room has bolster! I sleep with a bolster since I was a kid so it is a must for me. I am pleasantly surprised to see one in the room. I have never been to any hotel with bolsters, not even in Asia.
Disliked: I asked for bottle of water and I was told I would be charged €7 for it, which I thought was weird as water is usually complimentary. Anyway the reception was really nice and told me that i am better off walking 2 mins and get a bottle from a shop nearby.

Disliked: They were not understanding our needs and were difficult to comprehend about our arrangements. For some reason they wanted to over charge us . We had 3 rooms for 6 people 2 person in each room with Twain beds in each room . There were 2 adult’s and 4 children . But they seem to want to charge us . So customer service was not good . I believe not having a fluent English speaker did not help . Sad to say will not go there again .
