Excellent, thoroughly recommend, fabulous breakfast.

Liked: Small, clean hotel with beautiful well kept grounds in a pretty Derbyshire village. We stayed overnight as we were going to a wedding in the locality the day after. Love the fact that planes were going over very low as the runway at East Midlands Airport it’s about a mile away. The owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel recently. Really enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Cannot think of anything that wasn’t good.

Disliked: No bar, a curtain on the bathroom rather than door

lovely place and good proximity...

Liked: nice spacious room.
Disliked: no aircon in the room meant leaving window open and because of proximity to airport just got woken up every hour or so by flights landing
