Liked: WiFi password or login was not provided for our stay nor did the check in person explain to us where we could find the wifi login details.
Disliked: Details on how to connect to the wifi as no information was provided. The room was very cold on arrival. Given we had told reception the time of our arrival it would have been nice to have the room already warm given it was a cold winter's evening when we arrived and it was after 8pm. That would have made for a nice welcoming.

A place for a short...

Liked: The new restaurant, evening meal was delicious, just like a home cooked meal.
Disliked: Being in a back room with a low not very comfortable bed for a week. I have found the rooms in this hotel range considerably in comfort. I was hoping for a good room as I was staying for a week. Unfortunately it was quite a shabby small room.

Great large rooms, fantastic secure...

Liked: The secure car park and our did fit as it is a large car, the restaurant was a little French surprise package and a bonus that we used for both dinner and breakfast. We chose you because of your location to the hospital was very convenient to walk where we needed to go and could leave our car in the secure car park provided.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness inside the shower; the grout needed a really good scrub, or you need to replace the grout.
