Disliked: An extra blanket made of wool (don't like to use aircon for warmth while sleeping)A choice of pillows- eg- a flatter oneThe fridge was noisy even though it was empty.A second key would have been good.

Disliked: I have stayed in this property a number of times and generally been pleased however this room had mould in the shower, the shower floor felt slimey. The hook latch on the front door was broken. The whole apartment needs to be scrubbed clean.

Liked: Good location, can walk to trams, restaurants. Quiet inside the apartment. The oven and fridge were good. Easy parking underneath the hotel.
Disliked: The furniture needs a deep clean and was very dirty and grimy. Felt uncomfortable sitting in this apartment. Dirty walls, chairs, carpet, and blinds. The bathroom shower leaked all over the tiled floor and was a safety hazard (which the hotel already knew about), and they gave us 2 extra towels for four people for a 3-night stay to 'wipe up' the shower. When I spoke to the front desk about this, there was no offer of a room change. Would not want young children sitting on this carpet. The single beds are kids' size only, not suitable for people over 15 years old. Very old TV, couldn't use it. Very dated furniture. The hotel cafe was not open. Cheap Iron burnt my clothing, no point having it in the apartment. Would not stay again.
