Dispointing service from staff and...

Liked: For our stay, the location was the best thing about this property as we were going to shows around the area. The indoor pool facilities were also good.
Disliked: On arrival, staff did not mention anything about the amenities of the property including where, and when breakfast was, the abilty to pre-book breakfast to save costs, access the the M-Club, indoor pool etc.Food in both the cafe and main area where both sub-par. From the cafe, food that was ordered hot came out "fridge temperature cold" in the middle. Hot food from the buffet breakfast in the bain marie's was also tepid at best. Arriving late one day for breakfast, was told that breakfast was no longer being served however guest arriving after us were offered buffet breakfast and the buffet table was available another 20 minutes after our arrival.We stayed for a total of three nights and coffee pods were only replenished on the last night of the stay. Housekeeping was also quite disappointing with only supplied towels for 2 guest even though a total of 4 guests were staying. Housekeeping in the last night of our stay was not started until after 5 pm even though we were out for most of the day. The concierge never greeted us on leaving or arrival at the property over the 3 nights we stayed. I attempted to contact the hotel via the booking.com messaging system regarding my concerns and have not heard back.
