Very disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: Check-in process was terrible, paid for valet and was non existent. Picked hotel for location to theatre, after returning 10pm hotel bar was closed. Went to room for room service, no drinks. Next morning had to chase up staff for plate for breakfast.

A great place for a...

Liked: It’s in a great position for theatres, restaurants and shopping. The room was very spacious, with particular mention of the little dressing room outside the bathroom, and plenty of storage space. It was quiet, and the bed comfortable. Lighting in the room was excellent, with good reading light, and ability to dim the lights. And there were recharging ports of both the current sizes.
Disliked: The parking is very expensive
