An OK experience

Liked: The location is outstanding, and reception staff was fairly friendly
Disliked: This was my 2nd stay at the hotel, the first one was impressive that I decided to stay there again during our second trip to Melbourne. But the experience on our 2nd stay would make me reconsider other hotel for our next trip. - I asked for city view, but they gave me a room facing the walls of next door building,- The housekeeping was much lacking compared to our first stay,

Nice stay, good location and...

Liked: Tidy rooms and good location. Breakfast is expensive if you’re not a cooked breakfast eater. Good bar area and staff are great.
