Disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: No privacy curtains on the large windows, so people could see inside. Lack of pillows. Poor signage in parking garage made it difficult to locate hotel guest parking. Entry and exit points for parking garage, you have to swipe the fob key to open, this is positioned on passenger side of car. Therefore you have to exit your vehicle to swipe to enter and exit.

Liked: Checked in late due to travel & no time to use WiFi, Close to shops to purchase quick food and meals. Very helpful staff at all times.

Liked: It was fine for one night
Disliked: Booking of rooms were changed when we arrived. Offered to split families up but I would not cause we had small children

Liked: Nothing drug addicts everywhere and felt very unsafe having to walk to pool in next building so I didn't ,no curtains, I left the day after I got there even though I'd paid for 3 nights , no TV in bedroom
Disliked: Everything

Liked: Gym sauna and steam room and pool
Disliked: Dirty windows in pool area needs attention

Clean, spacious, comfortable and location...

Liked: Great location in a huge complex, was a little confusing at check-in as no-one at reception but was quickly resolved with a phone call. No really clear instructions re parking, needed staff assistance, again resolved. Apartment was very spacious and very clean. Would stay again and would recommend for sure.
Disliked: Staff to be present, not having to ring them.
