Melbourne Kew Central Apartments

You get what you pay...

Liked: Not too far from the city and where I needed to go to as I came from 4 hours from Melbourne.
Disliked: I could smell cigarette smoke from other guests right through the entire building. When I checked in and first walked through it’s all I could smell, then woke up the next morning and I could smell it right through my room. Not sure why any modern accomodation doesn’t have free wifi it’s almost everywhere nowadays.

Liked: The location is exactly where we want it to be.The staff were courteous and efficient
Disliked: There was no wifi available in the apartments. The first apartment we were given had a faulty air conditioning unit. As a unit set up for two people this unit was stocked with only 1 wine glass, only 1 drinking glass, o plug for the sink and no blanket. After suffering a very cold first night the staff moved us to another unit. The second unit offered also had a faulty air conditioning unit so they moved us to another third unit. This third unit had the required number of items however the sink did not drain properly, the sink plug did not fit and the plumbing appeared to work at odd times during the night as loud gurgling was heard at odd times as the water drained away.
