Great place to stay.

Liked: Good location, clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: No lift.

Liked: Location Change of room to lower floor as no lift.also carried large suit case up to the room.
Disliked: No lift.If check in after 11 p.m., there's a charge,we had to miss the last 30 mins of a show.Was informed what food we could order to the hotel. Was told to go to the cafe at the end of the road. No option, do not disturb sign.internet wouldn't work despite a few times trying.I had to leave luggage in a very small lounge. No luggage room.The very strong smell was unbearable, arriving at the hotel and in the room, making it unable to sleep, which affected my chest due to allergy asthma. Tried to book another hotel, but were full to bank holiday.woild give a 2 starDue to all above and standard of the room.

Great hotel in quiet area

Liked: The location of this hotel was great, on a quiet street between Pimlico and Victoria Station. The staff was super friendly and help. The room was clean and comfortable. Even with the window open in the room was quiet!
Disliked: There is no lift and we were 6 flights of stairs up, which wasn't a problem for us but may be for some.

Liked: This was a perfect location!. It was close to the buses to the tube and walking to so many different attractions. There was a little store around the corner for drinks, snacks, fruit, or ice cream. Just remember there is no elevator and you might be on the third floor.

Good location, lovely hotel and...

Liked: The location as great for certain sites like Buckingham palace. Very convenient with public transport. Lots of areas to have breakfast locally. Nice coffee at Roasting. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: No lift, but we knew this was the case. Stronger muscles as a result!

Friendly stay, good location

Liked: It was a small friendly hotel located in a lovely quiet street just a few minutes walk from Pimlico underground, very quick to travel anywhere in the city from here. The family room was perfect for two adults and two teenagers, quite basic and a bit outdated but spacious enough and has everything you need. There was no noise, it was very clean and the room was fully serviced everyday. Staff were also very helpful during our stay.
Disliked: The one thing that would have improved our comfort is extra pillows available in the room as only one each and they were quite thin.
