Convenient location

Liked: Convenient location for central London with tube close-by. The staff were very helpful with an early check-in. Everything was clean and the room was quiet.
Disliked: There was a subtle smell of mould in the room which didn't seem very healthy.

Overnight stay

Liked: Clean, good price.Within walking distance of underground and great places to eat nearby.
Disliked: Shower head needed a clean. Extra pillow would have been good.A call at 9.40 asking if we were leaving was not needed as we knew we had to leave by 10.
