Beautiful and clean

Liked: The hotel was very nice. The building is quite new, the staff were lovely, the lifts were fast and the rooms were clean and comfy
Disliked: My one small criticism is that public transport was a small way away

Liked: Very clean, there was everything that we needed. Room was serviced everyday. Cozy room,Hot pool, kitchen and kitchenwares were there, even the washing machine and dryer was there. Loved our stay here

Good value, decent location and...

Liked: We got upgraded to a room that had laundry and a mini kitchen, which greatly helped us in terms of convenience. The room was spacious and well kept, and had everything we needed. We also had Foodworks (grocery) nearby (2min walk).
Disliked: The distance to metro/tram stops was a bit annoying, and housekeeping forgot to give us toilet paper on a few occasions. Everything else was spectacular
