Liked: I was very disappointed with my experience at this property. The room was extremely dirty — as you can see in the photos, there were spiders and stained or dirty bed sheets, which made us feel very uncomfortable. The room was also very cold, especially during winter, with no adequate heating provided.We had a confirmed booking through Booking.com for 5 people — 2 adults and 3 children — yet the property called me asking to cancel the booking. When I chose not to cancel, they demanded an extra $50 in cash at the reception. This felt very unprofessional and dishonest.Overall, the condition of the property and the service we received were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience.

Disliked: The room was dirty there was hair in the draws in the bath room the floor wasn’t mopped the walls were cracked the door handle to the bathroom looks like it was hit with a hammer or something

Unexpected room wake up from...

Liked: Its very quiet and peacefull until 7am
Disliked: I had staff open the room i was in at 7 am then at 830 then just before I left at 9 am

Disliked: The lady on reception seemed unapproachable & didn’t have good customer service. The room was outdated, not cleaned and smelt of cigarettes. Beds weren’t comfortable at all, a/c heater didn’t work, it was extremely noisy at night which resulted in a terrible nights sleep. $150 a night, and it was one of the worst places I’ve stayed EVER. Don’t recommend this motel.
