Liked: Room was clean and smelt nice. The staff that we did deal with were friendly.
Disliked: There was no communication between the different staff, therefore what I requested, yes was done, only because I had the copy of the email that I had sent.

Liked: Was close to Casey hospital as I was booked in for surgery to have my baby through c section the following morning
Disliked: Very outdated, wasn’t clean, stains on carpet, very cold blankets, only 3 pillows. Bed was very uncomfortable. And there was no hot water for the shower I wasn’t able to shower in the morning before going to the hospital

Liked: The overall cleanliness of the venue was exceptional nice and quiet and peaceful big spacious rooms lots of space to move around large shower nothing worse than being boxed in a motel shower U can't move but didn't have that problem at all with melaleuca lodge the staff were kind and friendly perfect for weekends away or just a over nite pit stop on your way thru from wherever you have traveled from on your way thru to south and east Gippsland a nice quiet cosy little getaway I'd recommend this venue to anyone it has my vote that's for sure
Disliked: Maybe the leather couch that was in the room could have been a pull out sofa bed for kids or another traveler or couple to sleep in other than that there was nothing to fault about the venue clean and tidy quiet and cosy friendly staff perfect location tucked away off the main road with access to the township of Beaconsfield and all it has to offer definately has my vote 10/10
