Disliked: The kitchen facilities were often dirty. There was barely any cutlery to use- just 2 or 3 forks and spoons.

The hotel is very good...
Liked: The hotel is very good – spacious and comfortable. We were well attended. If you’re arriving by metro, you’ll need to walk a bit to get to the hotel. Nearby, we found a restaurant that was excellent, but if you’re looking for more dining options, you’ll have to go a bit further. The hotel also offers some snack options, and the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location, staff were helpful.
Disliked: That you had to pay over €17 to store luggage for a couple of hours. No cups in the room.

Liked: The location is convenient, well connected to all the important sights of Milan with public transport . The staff is really nice . The rooms are much better than what you expect in a hostel . The kitchen is also decent.
