Liked: Good hotel for reasonable price. The breakfast - worth ro be paid for. Clean rooms, not luxury but ok. 10-15 minutes by subway or tram from the city attracrions.

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they quickly took care of any problems I had. The hotel has excellent facilities, and the rooms were spotless.
Disliked: It seems that a legislation in Milan prohibits establishments from using their air conditioning systems, which is why the hotel was very hot and humid.
