Liked: Small , cozy, very nice; and super clean; also very close to the center
Disliked: We had the check out at 11am , the guy for clean the room arrived at 10:15 knocking at the door and speaking only in German. Not really polite

Liked: Well... Difficult to say
Disliked: What a didn't like most was that I have made 3 request at different occasions, but none of them I got what I had asked. First I have requested a iron, the reception team said that someone have picked it up and they didn't know where was it... And they told me to ask early in the morning, in he next morning then i did, as expected no iron was available, I had to figured it out what to do with my clothes (I was in business trip). The second request was about changing the bed to one harder.. They said "ask in the morning we have" and then i did and nothing had happened and the third was about a scissor and also they didn't find at theirs desk.. The thing was that they didn't make any effort to help me with those request. On top of that I had a brand new sun glasses stolen in my bedroom. Very disappointed

Liked: Great location, everything was within walking distance or not far from the subway if that's preferred, staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Only 1 plug socket per bed, no locks on storage facilities in the dorms.

Disliked: Staff unfortunately could not help with information about sightseeing bys tours
