Liked: Let’s start with mister “ Nico “ the same as the movie of Steven Seagal ! The Moroccan now even he is German. A very gentlemen, sociable, happier, smiling and very helpful he will make your reservation very easy. Thank you brother and you are welcome with all your family next time 🤝- Mr Marco or San Marco, be careful to talk to him these days, he is the champion now lol must be very happy for the football match final, we are also happy that Portugal and in particular Christiano Ronaldo won, congratulations ! Marco is also a sociable and nice person .. - Finally Mr. Assad has two meaning ( Lion or the happier ) has a big heart, very polite, helpful, professional … thank you man for everything you made my day in this place. Sorry guys for the names it’s just for fun and to say thanks for your warm welcome 🤝

Very bad Experience

Disliked: I was travelling from Munster for 10 hours by car due to bad traffic and accidentally booked and payed wrong dates (a month up front). When I came to the hotel they told me to pay again for the right dates and not to worry that I just need to contact booking and that they will let me GET the refund. When I contacted booking they told me that the policy is not to give a refund but that they will contact the accomodation to see if they can give me the waiver- exception to the rules and get me refund, but the hotel Said no that I can not get the refund. I contacted them via chat directly to explain them the situation and remind them what they told me but they Said no again. I think IT is very unprofessional and also sad how they trampled their own world.Also during my Stay there has been some attempt of the burglary, some window was broken and when i asked what is that they Said that somebody tried to get in and that they already Called the police.Anyway, wouldnt recomend
