My family and I loved...

Liked: The room was convenient for all four of us, two single beds and a bunker bed. It fit all of us. We had our own bathroom, and I loved the decoration of the room and the hotel. It has the funky fun vibe. Staff was super professional and helpful. I loved to have arrived after midnight and have staff present to receive us. The location is reasonably close to the airport and even closer to the central station. I would absolutely stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing to add, except that the breakfast could have been a little better. Not many options.

Liked: Breakfast was great, workers and a small room where people can ply for example bilierd.
Disliked: The room was awful. For us was important to do not have a two separated bed, and it was .We asked in reception to change for us room - say not. Also the window of room was in a side where is stairs. bad view . i was dissapionted.

Liked: Good location if you want to catch an early train from Altona station. You also easily reach the centre of Hamburg with the S-bahn. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Rooms are very simple and more of a hostel than a hotel.

All in all, a pleasant...

Liked: The staff were friendly and offered a genuinely warm welcome. They were helpful and gave great recommendations for local restaurants.The hotel is simple, but given the price range, it wouldn’t be fair to expect too much.A functional room with comfortable beds – clean and well-maintained.Great value for money
Disliked: The corridor outside the room felt a bit dated, but then again, hotel corridors aren’t exactly where you spend your time.The fitted sheets could be improved – they’re a bit on the thin side.
