Pleasant

Liked: Location is great, everything is walkable and if not there is a busstop right in front and a metro on the right. Also the staff was very friendly
Disliked: No airco anywhere, it was humid and warm.

Liked: The room was very clean. The price was good for a room for 5.
Disliked: We arrive early after a long trip and they could not give us the room before. We have to wait at 3 pm , the time of check in. In general, sometimes there are exceptions.In addition, they are rebuilding the reception so there is a bit unconfortable for when you are in vacation.The breakfast was more expensive than other countries. We did not take it. Thanks.

Disliked: The room was very warm and the windows unfortunately didn’t open very far. Other than it was ok.

Not bad for 1 night...

Liked: The hotel is in a very good location, not far from the Hauptbahnhof, with train and S-Bahn connections right outside.Breakfast was excellent – a big variety and everything was tasty.
Disliked: The hotel is currently under renovation, which was not mentioned anywhere when booking.The bathroom was not clean – the toilet had an unpleasant smell, and the towels didn't seem fresh. There was no place in the shower to put toiletries like shampoo or a sponge.The room was very small with no space to put luggage and no kettle provided, there was only 1 hanger for the clothes and only 1 towel per person.
