I will definitely stay here...

Liked: Superb location like 1 minute walk from Berlin Central Station. It is also near to bus station and shops/boutique. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They also granted my request of putting me on the lower bunk bed as I am having a trouble climbing. Very good view from my room (7th floor) and very clean bathroom. I like how the receptionist handle my miscommunication with my roommates.
Disliked: I was surprised by the alarm in the building in an early morning that lead us to evacuate the area asap. A little messy in the common kitchen and under maintenance of one elevator.

Liked: it was close to the train
Disliked: small room, not clean, and the staff once we arrived wasn't very friendly and didn't want to give us the twin room we booked until we insisted... he seemed very angry

Liked: The location is superb. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a friendly staff.
Disliked: It does not have a fridge in the room

Liked: The location. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Edgar was exemptional from the group. He helped me in many ways.
