Disliked: I was put in a mixed dorm with all men as the only female. When I entered the dorm, two of the men wouldn't let me onto the bed that i had been assigned and told me to go on another one. I then tried to leave and one of the men prevented me from leaving the room by physically blocking my way. Two of the men were only in their boxers. I kept asking to leave and was getting visibly upset. Two of the men were laughing. I finally pushed my way out and went down to reception to ask to be moved into another room as i did not feel safe in that room to sleep. I was told that it was unlikely that they could do anything for me and only after a lot fo back and forth and me reduced to tears was i offered another room in a dorm room also with all men. There was no safeguarding structures for this type of scenario and no suggestion that the behaviour of the men in the first dorm was any responsibility of the hotel. I felt very unsafe and unsupported.
