Liked: Handy location for the airport train.
Disliked: Our section of the hotel was more like a youth hostel than a hotel. We didn't sleep well. Occasionally all night until 4am or so, there were teenagers running up and down the corridor outside our room, slamming doors, having conversations in the hall, etc. Alongside this, our room was facing onto a construction site outside, where work began around 6.30am or so. When I told the staff member the next morning about these noise issues, he didn't seem particularly bothered.

Liked: I like the location, it's very close to the metro station. the receptionist was also very friendly and helpful allowing me to check in earlier. they also accommodate me with my request.
Disliked: It's actually also part of my mistake that I didn't remember the package that I purchased without breakfast. one morning I went to the restaurant to get some water, and there was a staff to remind me that the water was only for guests who purchased breakfast and the tone was quite fierce I would say. so its better to ask me, and remind me. I also don't mind paying for breakfast.
