Great hotel for visiting Berling...

Liked: Great location in the middle of Berlin. Easy access to subway. It was great that you could cook your own food in the customer kitchen (and do your laundray). The beds was much more comfortable than i expected, especially the bunk beds. Overall, we had a pleasant stay
Disliked: No parking at the Hotel (but we found a parking garage 5-10 min walking distance north of the hotel). It was very warm in Berlin during our stay and the room did not have any air condition, it was HOT (they lended out fans if you wanted)

Liked: Great service, friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Somewhat noisy the first night, with doors slamming and loud conversations in the hallways, which isn't totally surprising in a hotel that caters to younger audiences. We were told this wasn't common, and the hotel staff was quick to address it.

Disliked: Rooms are very small and didn’t have AC and it was very hot in the room but they gave us a fan which helped

Liked: The staff was really friendly and accommodating and the neighborhood was perfect.
Disliked: It was quite hot on the 6th floor, though it wasn’t terribly hot outside. The pics led me to believe there was more of a common hang-out area with games (partly why I booked) but that was not the reality.

Liked: New cozy hostel not far away from Alexanderplatz. The room is clean, the facilities are new, the beds are cozy. Many thanks to Roberto who helped me to proceed the payment and upgraded the room. I highly recommend to stay here.
