Liked: Stayed for 5 nights ; this hotel has a very convenient location as we planned to take eurostar to Paris afterwards. The room we got was nice and spacious and clean
Disliked: Our stay was perfectly fine until check out when we were presented with a bill for a breakfast we didn’t consume (in fact during our stay we never even visited the hotel restaurants). Not sure if other guests mistakenly gave our room number or there was a staff error , either way it was kind of disappointing we had to explain ourselves to get our bond back.

Great staff, decor and location...

Liked: The location, room decor and staff were great.
Disliked: The air conditioning was average at best and to make things worse it didn't work at all on the 2nd night of our stay and made sleeping very difficult to say the least. Was expecting to be compensated for this given all we were given was a fan that just moved the hot air around the room. We get that AC isnt a given in England but for 5* and £275 a night this was very dissapointing.

Disliked: Aircon didn't seem to work in the room we were in. But it wasn't too hot in the room

Excellent hotel and so convenient...

Liked: The Megaro is a great hotel experience and in a very central and convenient location - just across the street from Kings Cross/St. Pancras. It was so easy to walk to the Eurostar train for a morning departure. The staff are excellent and the room was rather big with a couch and TV area in addition to the bed area. I will definitely book again!
