Disliked: I’m afraid the room we were given on the fifth floor was very tired and didn’t match the way the hotel describes its facilities on their website. I left after one night. They did offer to show me another room but I was so disappointed I just wanted to leave. I will not be back. I have raised our issues with hotel management. I hope they make the necessary improvements so that people aren’t disappointed by their experience.

Liked: Great location right across the train station
Disliked: Rooms had a funky smell, between mold and cigarette smoke

Convenient, comfortable stay in central...

Liked: The location is super convenient and a quick walk across the road from the St Pancras/Kings Cross Station, when arriving on the Eurostar from Paris and easy to find with the striking colour scheme of the building. While our room was small, it had 2 lounge chairs and the bed was the most comfortable we had on our 3 weeks of traveling. The shower and products provided were great too. The restaurant for breakfast was fine as well. The staff were approachable and helpful. We stayed 2 nights, and have stayed before. We will stay again if ever in central London, again.

Gorgeous and luxurious space to...

Liked: Excellent customer service throughout my stay. The room and location would have earned a 9/10 but it was let down by the breakfast and minibar options. The room and decor was gorgeous.
Disliked: Breakfast was OK but I would have preferred more options and flexibility. The minibar snacks were disappointing, especially given the price.

Liked: Clean property with very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing.

Liked: Great location to rail links/tube.Smart interiors, comfy beds, good in-room facilities. Very friendly & helpful staff.Fab sister restaurant next door.
Disliked: No plug sockets near a mirror for drying hair.Shower needed a good limescale clean
