Liked: Staff were excellent. Lovely welcome at reception
Disliked: You need a mirror and a plug to do hair and make up.. hard to do in this room.

Fabulous location opposite Kings Cross...

Liked: Location, large room, balcony and 2 windows. Lovely and responsive house cleaning.
Disliked: Everything was fine

Fantastic location and fabulous staff

Liked: Location was superb for St Pancras, we were travelling on Eurostar early next morning. We had a room upgrade that was facing Euston Road and although a little noisy gave a sense of being right in the heart of London. Best power shower I have had and the room was comfortably warm without being stuffy. The whole hotel felt very secure and the staff were most helpful. It was a great location for things to do too. We had lunch at Coal Drops Yard and a walk along the canal. A lovely place to spend a Sunday afternoon. We all said we would definitely stay there again
Disliked: A little noisy, if like us you had an early train, but the ear plugs definitely helped. However, my biggest bug bear ( so many other hotels too) why are there no plug sockets next to a mirror? We female travellers, who use hairdryers and tongs need this, so frustrating! Other than that no complaints

Disliked: Water was cold and the shower couldn’t get past lukewarm

Great location for a short...

Liked: Great location to Kings Cross station. Tidy room with nice furnishings. Helpful front desk staff (Harry and Phillippe). Quirky theme with steampunk mouse figures.
Disliked: Some issues with the sink which was inconvenient
