Very good

Liked: The night staff we amazing, room was clean, bed comfy and bar really quirky, waiters very attentive
Disliked: The photos showed Britannia rooms under the label "deluxe doubles" so when we arrived the room was a disappointment in comparison to the photos. I felt miss-sold

OK for a 3 star

Liked: Clean and helpful staff
Disliked: No room service except something like noon til 2100; the bar and restaurant are actual separate businesses so all pass responsibility- couldn’t have a drink at 1045pm as bar full so had to go to reception and wait, no room service option. This is nothing like a 5 star, more 3. No concierge, room service or sensible bar.
