Great facilities and Exceptional service,...

Liked: Incredible service, the staff were proud of the hotel and happy to help with anything we needed.The room was very nice, comfortable and cozy.
Disliked: The light on the tv was quite bright so i just had to turn it off at the powerpoint at night.

Liked: It was in a great location close to shops, train and Australian Museum and walking distance to the Art Gallery of NSW and the city. The room was really comfortable and a bit quirky with a fridge, microwave and all you needed to eat and drink there. Staff were really helpful and good fun and it was very quiet too. Very near cafes and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It is not in the busy area but close by restaurants and bars.
Disliked: I didn't like that I arrived at 10 am asking for an early checkin because I had 30 hours flight. My room was empty at that time and I was promised that I would be cleaned with priority. However, it wasn't and when I arrived at 14h00 asking if my room was ready, they had just started to clean. I ended up checking in at the official time. I would recommend them to keep their word.
