Liked: We stayed at Mediterraneo Bay for the third time in May -25, and we will be coming back again because we can't get enough of this excellent hotel. The price is very reasonable, especially in spring and fallThe room is spacious and has a nice design. Our kids love the huge pool area, and the meals are delicious and with a huge variety of different dishes to all tastes. What more can one want from a place like this?
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. We love this place.

Liked: Staff courteous and helpful.Room spacious.Facility well located and well designed.
Disliked: Service slow due to overwhelmed staff.Restaurants not cleaned fast enough.Hotel seems to be operating at above capacity of facilities (backyard, pools, available chairs, restaurants, etc.)

Liked: The hotel is a wonderful location the food was great. A lot of options including for children and allergies. I will be coming back
Disliked: Unfortunately during busy times the public WCs are not cleaned enough, both by the pool and lobby area including disbabled toilet. Not the nicest experience when you bring your child into use the bathroom. I would love to see this improved before my next visit
