Liked: It’s fair. Just around the corner to the beach, good value money.
Disliked: It’s everything planned to be an all inclusive. Everything else can be expensive (or limited).

Liked: The facilities as water slides and kids gaming room. The location was nice on the beach. The Hotel design is nice.
Disliked: The bed sheets and pillow cases had hair which was clear that nobody changed the bedsheets. I didn’t like the breakfast.

Disliked: The hotel is under construction refurb . No mention on booking.com or the hotels website . Most areas were closed workman everywhere no bar staff no bars open . No spa only one restaurant in which the food was dreadful .. The reception said it was because the hotel had few guests and then argued the spa was open only on a Friday and Saturday. We arrived Friday it was closed and we tried Saturday which was also closed . It was cool outside and with the main pool under construction and builders walking all around the very cold ,outside pool we had hoped to use the indoor pool. The hotel was dirty , very dirty we saw dried sick on the elevator floor for the 2 days we stayed . We left after 2 days as we couldn't stay any longer .The rooms are very tired . The walls very thin , you can even hear next door talking . The bedding was Old and stained . We contacted booking.com for a refund as we feel this hotel should not be on booking .com and was Miss sold . We haven't heard anything back . The hotel refused a refund . I've never stayed in a hotel that looks so nice on their website and booking.com but in reality it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.The hotel should close why it has a total refurb and not take innocent people a money
