Should've gotten a discount for...

Liked: Friendliness of the front desk staff.
Disliked: Arrived after working all day and driving for 3 hours to get there. Room key wouldn't work as door lock was dead, needed to be charged. Front desk moved is to another room and after trying to relax in the hot tub, I took a shower and ended up with half a tub full of water as it was not draining. My daughter-in-law showered after me and there was still standing water in the tub. Not a very pleasant experience.
