It was good, but not...

Liked: Location was perfect. Quiet but close to all the action.
Disliked: The biggest problem was checkin. All of our documents and online info said checkin was at 2pm, but when we got there at 2pm they said it was at 4pm. We had to wait and they didn't seem bothered by that. But it bothered us since it was the very start of our trip. The staff was not very knowledgeable. They said everything closed at 7pm which was grossly incorrect. They couldn't answer questions about some of their own services.

Liked: The rooms are very nice and comfy beds. Able to have a camp fire and s’mores to end your day. Three nice pools and a play area for little ones. The staff is very friendly. We’ve been here before and we will keep returning here

Liked: Family oriented, great rooms lots to do

Definitely plan on returning!

Liked: Perfect size for a family of 4. Full kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking and dining. It was relaxing and nice and peaceful at night.
Disliked: Not that I didn't like it, but easy access from the back balcony to the pool and gazebo would be a plus. Not an issue or problem though. Would definitely return and recommend.
