Disliked: Room was not properly serviced, toilet still had waste in it, test and tag was over 9 months past due, cupboard had a broken handle, and when I spoke about no hot water nothing happened, couldn't wash for the whole week.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff. They were so skilled, friendly and professional. We also enjoyed an excellent meal. Thank you so much.
Disliked: Couldn't find fault. Our accommodation was such good value and the staff made us feel welcome.
