Good value for a short...

Liked: Great beds and shower. Good location if you'll be doing a lot of driving with easy access to the M80 and M31/Sydney Rd. Plenty of food options if you don't want a pub meal, but limited for breakfast.
Disliked: If you're a light sleeper, there will be road noise. Aging rooms, small washbasin and bathroom had a heavy damp smell I couldn't get rid of. Bad WiFi in my room. Housekeeping comes around early and I wasn't provided a DND sign. Can be tricky to get in and out of with a car depending on your travel directions.

Liked: I like how we were treated by the security guy upon our arrival, that guy was awesome .

Not family friendly

Disliked: Location.I was travelling with a kid and we witnessed a drunk fight outside of our room.A neighbor advised us not to get out in dark, his words, “it’s safer inside”Same was the advise my uber eats delivery person had for me!We booked for 2 nights but a left as soon as I could in the morning.Good location but not for families.

convienience and good location and...

Liked: location as i was working close to motel thus not too much travelling on busy streets.
Disliked: had a front room near main Sydney road and was a little too noisy for me. the reason given was other rooms were recieving upgrade so cant complain.

Exceptional

Liked: Was close to my Fawkner Bingo and West Side Bingo(Sunshine) I had an air conditioner for Easter weekend hope to go back there in the future.
Disliked: Wasn't much to dislike other than the bed was hard and I slept on top of the covers due to taking own blankets was a home away from home.

Liked: Close to the airport, simple but neat tidy and comfortable for our one night stay. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Traffic noise can be heard from your room (we faced the main road)
