Ruined my night down to...

Liked: Front desk staff brilliant! How the staff dealt with my situation also very good.
Disliked: I was embarrassed by a member of staff in front of the entire beer garden , accusing me of having rolled up cannabis. It wasnt discreet or private it was very embarrassing and disrespectful.

Break in north west

Liked: The resturant and food was go. Hotel in centre of Portstewtart. The staff were friendly and breakfast was served to the table which meant it was fresh. Hotel has owen carpark which was free
Disliked: Only criticism was the resturant staff slow

Beautiful but a really bad...

Liked: It was a very beautiful hotel and our room was very big and beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful as well. Breakfast was really good.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned properly at all. We had a dirty bedside table and a used bottle in the shower. I thought it was a new one of there's because the bottles on the wall were empty. The shower did not drain fast enough and the cover of the drain was unattached floating around. We even had to go down stairs and ask the security guard at 7:00 am for more toilet paper. And mind you we didn't even check in until after 8pm yhe night before.
