Disliked: No smart tv! If you don’t speak Spanish then you cannot enjoy watching TV

Liked: Amazing experience. It's good to know there are still proper hotels within the city where one can relax and enjoy a good night out within the same building. Definitely coming back in the future.
Disliked: At night the noise from the street can be bit too much at times but there's nothing you can do about it within the neighbourhood.

Great location, friendly staff, clean...

Liked: We loved that it was centrally-located and thus able to walk to every destination on our list. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and elegant. We didn't take advantage of the hotel restaurant so we can't provide feedback on the food. We will definitely stay again when we return to Madrid.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Liked: They help us with the terminal number for the taxi driver. I thought it was a good help for the taxi driver before he took us to the airport.
Disliked: No, everything was perfect.
