Liked: The hotel staff were amazing during the blackout. Nothing was too much trouble. They made a difficult situation easy for hotel guests.

Great location especially once work...

Liked: Great location for everything
Disliked: Payed for a view - which is currently a building site - we would like to have been warned about this before. Bit tired looking and dark.We asked reception to book us a taxi to go to the airport the next morning - when we went to get the taxi they said that the marathon meant taxis couldn’t get to hotel- which they had not warned us about before or we could have made alternative arrangements

Magical but a bit noisy

Liked: I love how well designed the hotel it. It's very comfortable and it's easy to move around. Everywhere is bright and welcoming. The rooms and facilities are always great.
Disliked: I didn't like that it was so noisy. I don't know if it is a soundproofing issue but I didn't sleep well because of the noise. Also my coffee machine was broken when I arrived and seems to progressively be more broken each time I returned to my room.
