The room was very nice...

Liked: Lovely property perfect for Covent Garden
Disliked: Corridors a little dark but as we were on the second floor close to the lifts it was fine .

If you’re staying in London,...

Liked: The property was very modern and very accommodating. The rooftop is gorgeous but make sure you book it before hand so you get to experience it properly and so that you are sat outside, as it gets busy. The gym is great just like a little at home gym. I booked it as a little gate away for me and my partner to celebrate his birthday and the staff were exceptional. I wanted to mention Emilia, who went above and beyond for me lovely lady, count yourself lucky if you get her as she’s an amazing woman. The location is perfect and the place is twice as good as the photos they have. If you’re staying in London don’t hesitate to book this place. You won’t regret it!

Disliked: Every time a neighboring room opened or closed their door, it sounded as if someone was opening our own. This was incredibly disruptive, especially late at night, and made it very difficult to feel truly private or secure in our room. Compounding this was the repeated issue with room service knocking on our door late at night, often for the wrong room. On multiple occasions, we were startled awake by persistent knocking, only to find it was a delivery meant for another guest.
