Liked: Beautiful location and decor
Disliked: Staff weren’t helpful on simple requests. To weigh our luggage before a flight they couldn’t help with finding a scale. With cutlery they took 30 mins to bring as our food got cold and room cleaning was terrible For a 5star hotel to not replace tissue paper or vacuum floors or take the time to correctly clean was appalling. Regretted staying there because of the service

Disliked: The room had a really damp and musty smell . I rang to complain about it they said they’d send an engineer . No one came it was then 11ish at night and I was tired so I didn’t contact them again and put up with the smell .
