Disliked: Too expensive for value which was evident by the lack of people in the hotel. Sunday lunch was appealing. Food was a long time arriving with only four tables occupied. We invited our son daughter in law and children to join us as a birthday treat for the daughter in law. Sadly disappointed as the food came in different groups. The main course was cold and the staff removed it and then microwaved it to heat it up. It was compensated for in terms of the bill but the whole treat and experience was ruined by this time. For a so called five star hotel it lacks supervision and true quality especially at the price.

Joyful occasion enhanced

Liked: The hotel and staff were lovely. I was greeted with the offer of a glass of wine or water and made to feel instantly welcome. But the star of the show was my Experience Hostess Emilia. She made me feel so welcome and at ease. I was there for a reunion with a friend I had not seen in thirty years and she genuinely joined in our joy at our meeting. She was, without doubt, the highlight of the hotel for us and she will be the reason for our return. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel in the future to family and friends but only because of the star of the show, Emilia. A true gem in the centre of London.

Liked: The service was amazing. Thy staff were very considerate and were very responsive to our needs. They gave us a great service and surprise for my brothers graduation while we were at the hotel. They brought free champagne and macaron deck and did surprise inscriptions on the wall for us. It was beautiful
