Best Stay!!!

Liked: From the moment I entered the hotel, the concierge staff were amazing. They escorted me up to reception who were excellent. Anna and Shruti immediately made me feel welcome, realising I work locally and visit each week, they immediately asked why I hadn't visited before and then made sure it was an amazing stay and upgraded me to a suite! This hotel also has that WOW factor. I'm going back next week!
Disliked: On my very last night I had some plumbing issues in my room with knocking pipes which meant I had no sleep. The hotel manager Javier was kind enough to arrange a late check out and I was allowed to stay in my room until I left for my train home. A great example of professional handling of an unfortunate and random problem with the room, fantastic customer service!
