Liked: Great location only a short walk to the train station and easily accessible to the main downtown area. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Jacob. The room was tastefully decorated and very functional.
Disliked: We weren’t able to figure out the air conditioner but we could open the window and get cool fresh air. We were told it was because the unit used recycled water and it “took time” to kick in.

Disliked: Climatisation is not working, even when we change our room. We used a fan with the window open to sleep.

Disliked: There is no coffee machine in the room which will let you order coffee and pay extra for it. Moreover if you have a car you will find a difficulty to park as the hotel doesn’t provide any parking

Liked: Gym was well equipped - could use more/better cleaning wipes.
Disliked: The ventilation in the room constantly and repeatedly made loud noises that were reminiscent of old computer noises. This was independent of the air conditioning and disturbed our sleep considerably. Sleeping was only possible with earplugs, which is actually unacceptable.Further, breakfast started way too late and could therefore not be attended which is a shame.

Cool Mainz spot with awesome...

Liked: This is a lovely spot in Mainz near the station with a great gym, sauna and stylish rooms.
Disliked: I love this hotel but it seems to be getting more and more expensive every time I stay! Only complaint is the rising price, otherwise it’s great
