Passable

Liked: The location of the hotel is very strategic. Near my favorite Japanese ramen restaurant. Near shopping center.
Disliked: The room is very warm. Due to the so called "environment friendly air conditioner system", we can't sleep because the room is very warm. It's not worth for the price that we were paying if we can't even get a decent sleep.

Quality comfort and spotlessly clean...

Liked: Comfy bed- quality sheets- decent breakfast
Disliked: Nothing- was all great

Great place, good value for...

Liked: Smooth check-in, check-out process. On weekends parking on the streets nearby or in front of the hotel. For fans of Japanese food, there is an ample selection of Japanese restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Depending on what you need or want to do in DUS, the location may not be ideal. Having said that, the hotel is walking distance to and from the main station and you can reach anything in the city centre by foot.

The hotel has good location...

Liked: Location is perfect for exploring Little Tokyo. Good for a weekend stay. The Lounge on the 11th floor is nice for drinks at the end of the day, with beautiful views of the city. Staff at the Lounge were efficient and friendly.
Disliked: No fridge. Flimsy pillows. I requested 3x at the Reception if I could have an extra or a firmer pillow. Only to be told after my 3rd follow up that nothing is available. Expensive breakfast considering the selection of food.

Very good

Liked: The hotel is located in a perfect area in Little Tokyo where you have restaurants and shops at your doorstep, while it is busy it is friendly. The staff is professional and the design is fun and clean.
Disliked: The room are very warm, if there was airco it was not noticeable and opening the window did not improve the situation which made it hard to sleep at night even tough it was cool outside. While I understand room doors are heavy for security and privacy, if you don't do it gently the door will slap hard, this means if you are sleeping and someone enters late at night or leaves early morning you will be woken up as the walls along with the headboard shake when this happens . It would be nice to advice your customers about it.

Liked: Excellent stuff, high quality service, perfectly comfortable beds and pillows.

Liked: Location is great, friendly staff.
Disliked: Rooms are (again) way too warm. Outside was 15c, inside at least 25. There's no AC and whatever air exchange system they use is useless. Holes in the bedsheets. Parking is very expensive and the breakfast of 25 euro per person(!) is way too expensive for what you get so don't bother.
