We had a pleasant stay...
Liked: The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The Hotel is a funky conversion of an old school, with creaky wood floors, old steam radiators hanging on the walls and lots of fun places to explore.
Disliked: We had a King size bed in a room that would have been much better with a Queen. No seating except for two chairs around a very small table. The table was too small to be used as a desk for anything larger than a tablet or very small laptop. The room was defiantly not designed for business travelers eve though I was there to attend a business meeting/symposium.

Liked: Loved the historic nature of the accommodations, the bars (The Detention and Boiler Room), outdoor spa, our sunny room (#112) and walking/biking distance to restaurants and markets.
Disliked: Noisy neighbors.

Super cool venue, really average...
Liked: Kennedy school is so unique, it was fun to stay somewhere that had so many things to do. The drinks and atmosphere in the boiler room pub after dinner in the courtyard was great.
Disliked: We stayed in the English wing and the rooms are very small with little in them. We ordered breakfast before we had to leave for the airport in the morning and had nowhere to eat or put the plates, there?s no table or trays or anything. Really cramped space with only two adults. It?s also very loud, you can hear everyone around you, so we didn?t sleep well. The food is ok at best.

Perfect! Lots to do, a...
Liked: The building is fantastic. Pretty cold in the room, but the space heater got it warmed up while I was at the movie. The room itself had everything needed & furnished in the traditional McMenamins style. My room had a bit of outside street/car noise but was mostly covered with the space heater white-noise. There are likely other rooms further from the main traffic flow. I loved it all the same.
Disliked: Just a bit of street noise as above
