Quaint and Odd as Usual
Liked: Quaint location downtown in old main street village, pretty hotel interior, and comfortable room. Glad they provided earplugs on the nightstand as the water noise nearby was pretty loud. Bathroom down the hall was lovely and huge. I always enjoy reading the walls in the room.
Disliked: I only spent six hours here, asleep, so I can't give a full review.

Perfect introduction to Oregon's outstanding...
Liked: Loved the location to be able to park free in McMinnville and visit wine-tasting rooms and Linfield College by foot. Our first time in this charming town with so many sights was perfectly complemented by staying at the historic Oregon Hotel. We loved our room, meals at both the pub and roof-top restaurant, and manager's helpful recommendations.

Returning for our third stay!
Liked: The perfect place to stay in the heart of the town with easy overnight parking on the streets. As you'd expect from McMenamins Hotel, the decorations are delightful and quarky. Our king bedroom on the third floor had access to a small garden enclosure that was perfect for drinking an early morning coffee. However the noise of the water fountain proved to be less than delightful at 3am!
Disliked: Since these hotels are established in historic buildings, they also come with all the flaws: compressors and fan ducks (whatever) growling all night that echo through the walls. If you never absolute silence to sleep, this is not your place.
