Liked: This was our 4th stay in the last 5 years. We liked our last room #305, and will request it again when we return next fall '24.I have to say that the soaking pool in the basement is our favorite. Our last day we tried your breakfast burrito, which we split because we're not big breakfast eaters and it was great.

Liked: Historical building, restaurant was good and I loved the vibe of the hotel. When I booked I thought only queen sized rooms were available but would have booked a king suite. Very close to the venue we were attending, but did not hear the music from the other 2 nights that the ballroom had shows so my wife and I slept pretty well.
Disliked: I wasn’t super excited about communal bathrooms just due to the nature of other people (not flushing toilets and leaving water on the floor). I would recommend getting some shower sandals if you get a queen room. On our first night after we were awake for almost 20 hours our next door neighbors were sloppy drunk and they unfortunately had the “keep on knocking” room which apparently applied to our room too… They were also yelling and I think got locked out. Thankfully there were earplugs provided in the side table but I am wondering if that happens a lot.
