Everything except where we ate...

Liked: The staff at the restraint could use some training. And they certainly are not bartenders
Disliked: A little confusion about where we were to have happy hour. Spent a little too much downstairs when we had free drinks on our 8th floor. 8th floor service for happy hour and breakfast was great but at the food place on 1st floor they need help and could use a full time real bartender.Need music.

Prev experience has been better

Liked: I overall like the hotel but I didn't get the room that I wanted. On the top floor and I wasn't given a explanation as to why
Disliked: The front desk clerk had unpleasant mannerisms. The room was not cleaned correctly...the towels were rough and not soft. My room didn't come with robes
