Liked: I booked 2 rooms and they were close together. Staff was nice and helped with the ice situation.
Disliked: Ice machine was broken on our floor and most the other floors.

Not returning

Liked: The room was large & the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awesome.
Disliked: The rooms are very dated. I think the decor, carpet, & furniture were the original from the 80's. The hotel allowed a big group of children & parents to take over the atrium area. It was annoying because the group was extremely loud & the parents were not watching their children. The children knocked on doors, ran all over the place & were a nuisance. Management was made aware of this but it took hours & many complaints before the so-called party was cleared out.
