Gross and disgusting
Liked: The Rooster restaurant next door was good.
Disliked: Everything. There were boxes cluttering the foyer, staff never got off the phone when helping, keys didn't work for more than a day, the room was nasty. The furniture was so nasty I didn't even sit on the chair or put my suitcase on it. There are no refunds according to the huge sign on the window. They know their place is nasty so they have to put the sign up. No smoke detectors, mold in the bathroom, mirrors were all hazed over, lamp shades had cracks, holes in the floor tiles, smelled like pot everywhere, ironing board didn't even have a cover and no iron. Just take it out of the room, geesh. The hair dryer was so broken that you had to have an engineer degree to try to get it to turn on. The "bath towels" weren't any bigger than the hand towels. They don't allow videos on here, but yah... I guess they know better. It was the most disgusting place that I have stayed in all my years of traveling. I took pictures of everything. Just atrocious. I think they need to lay off the free store for their furniture and maybe spend some money to make it habitable. Come on now.....

SO MUCH CLOSER TO WORK...
Liked: Close to work.
Disliked: The concierge was rude about reserving my room with a card. He kept demanding I present that card but I purposefully left all credit cards home and had only debit and drivers license. Because I'm dumb and overdrafted my account with an insurance payment I now found myself basically stranded. I spent my only cash: 9 dollars on gas to get there for work. The fact that I had a picture of my credit card quick matched my id should have been enough and even if it wasn't he didn't have to be RUDE To me. "Tap the card YOU HAVE TO TAP THE CARD." This is all he could manage to say repeatedly. Customer service is about trying to be helpful but I have information that shown it was my credit card. I'm not trying to argue the charge so what's the problem? LITERALLY the worst experience because this could have been the PERFECT PLACE FOR MANY REASONS. I needed a cheap place to stay for work and I'm in and out of town A LOT for the next four months and I had hoped to work something out with the hotel but this person was just rude. I don't understand what's up with the TAP THE CARD thing. If I needed to do something BESIDES SHOW THE CARD then say that. He was not helpful and they were not accommodating the selections I chose online. if you don't have a smoking room then why did the webpage allow me to book that room? Size of bed? Internet? I have to have access for work. I don't believe a word he said. He was not forthcoming with information or explanations. Just, pay with my debit card or cash or get out. Nice.

Good
Liked: REASONABLE RATES. WIFI WAS SKETCH SO I DIDNT USE, INTERNET TV WAS FAST AND HAD A VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM AND MORE OPTIONS W YOUR OWN ACCT INFO. NEVER FOUND ICE MACHINE. ALTHOUGH UNDER FACELIFT AND EXPERIENCED ALOY OF NOISE AROUND THAT, I WAS NEVER BOTHERED. I APPRECIATED THE LOCATION AS BEING VERY CLOSE TO THE JOB SITE.
Disliked: NOTHING REALLY.
