Disliked: Walls are paper thin, you can literally hear someone sneeze. If you’re not using exit 4 you can’t get back in from the pool. Had to walk in bathing suits through the parking lot…

Always.very comfortable and welcoming

Liked: We have stayed a few times on our way between toronto and the Eastern Townships in Quebec and we have always found the staff to be helpful and just delightful particularly Derek who has always remembered us when we have returned just once per year with a wonderful smile. It’s our comfort place to stay half way between Eastern Townships and Toronto. Everybody at reception, in the restaurant and the bar always make us feel so welcome with their lovely smiles and we have always found our room very clean and well cared for

Liked: Everything! This place is like stepping back in time for decor. The room was very clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom was clean! Staff are very friendly! It is a hidden gem! I like that there is a restaurant and pub on site. We had arrived later and wanted a cold beer and snack before bed. It did the trick! Definitely would stay there again!
Disliked: There is no elevator but that's ok. Not too many steps to the second floor.There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Excellent hotel, restaurant and staff.

Liked: Reception was excellent and they upgraded our room for us. We enjoyed the room, very spacious with a very comfortable bed. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. Our entire state was very pleasant and comfortable.
Disliked: No complaints
