Great overnight stay outside of...

Liked: The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They even called to tell us we left a charger in our room. We had to check in later in the evening and they were very accommodating. Not many services, but what they did have, like coffee and cereal with fresh milk in the morning was really nice. It was a little outside of town but there was a fun little bar across the street with cold beer and karaoke. :)
Disliked: The rooms were clean and comfortable but could maybe use a little updating.

It was a quaint little...

Liked: Checking in, the gentlemen at the front counter was very sweet and polite. He asked what brought us, chit chatted briefly and filled us in on breakfast, and the info sheet olin the room.
Disliked: It was as we expected, there wasn't anything that disappointed us or would keep us from coming back.

I will definitely be returning...

Liked: Incredibly convenient for any departure/arrival at the North Sydney terminal. Charming location and very clean. And a welcome and very friendly proprietor. Highly recommended.
Disliked: The outdoor security light(s) are too bright.

Horrible

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was so bad. I paid for the night but didn't even stay there!! Bar across the street was packed and loud. I was with my 6 year old granddaughter and she was scared!! Should not have the rating you gave it. Even the lock on the door didn't seem safe!!!

Ok,

Liked: Location and simplicity - no frills!Good bed, frig & micro wave!
Disliked: Black mold growing in bathroom window; despite updated paint and carpeting, this mold is real and the AC is inadequate to dehumidify. Don’t stay here if allergies trouble you!

Great hosts and very accommodating.

Liked: That I was able to book one night on a busy weekend when other places required two night stays.
Disliked: It was pretty far from my daughter’s house but the ride through the countryside was wonderful.
