Liked: Digital check-in works great. The room had everything we needed and was modern.
Disliked: The first room we checked into, stank of cigarette smoke. When we called for assistance, we only got a very unhelpful AI assistant. Since it was past 19:00, it refused to let me speak to a person. After calling multiple times and sending a WhatsApp message, I finally was transferred to a human. That person was very helpful and gave us a different room that was perfect.

Liked: Clean.Great value for money.User friendly, no hassle checkin online. Very good bakery available downstairs for breakfast.
Disliked: This is the second time I’ve stayed at McDreams Mönchengladbach, and each time you could smell people have smoked in that room. Could you not create smokers and non-smokers options?For anyone with a light sleep, the walls are very thin. At midnight we could still hear people in the gym underneath throwing their weights. During hot weather you would need to leave the windows open as there is no a/c, so the busy road is noisy.
