Liked: Everything was perfect. The location is pretty close to the center, especially by tram or bus. The room was really good. The check-in and check-out were seamless. And the help we got through whatsapp (we explained that we made 2 bookings for 2 different rooms and were asking if we could stay in the same room) was prompt and very appreciated. So I definitely recommend this Hotel!

Rude staff and no A/C....
Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Main concern was paid extras that I didn't receive: I paid extra before arriving for a neck support pillow, which I did not receive. Upon arrival, I saw a "refund" being processed on my banking app, so I didn't make a fuss about it (I thought they were refunding me for the pillow, since they didn't have one available). On the check out date I had a look what was the refund for and turned out that they've made a mistake and refunded me the wrong item - a City Tax (which was cheaper than a pillow). I wrote them an email notifying of this strange thing - that I got refunded a city tax amount and not the pillow which I didn't have in the room. A lady responded to me rudely (after some back and forth emails) that the pillow was in the room, and that was that. No explanation to anything. I let it go, since the cost of the pillow wasn't that much, and I did receive a "partial refund" in a city tax amount. But if you do request for some Extras, be aware that you might not get the service nor your money back. Other concerns: - you use the code to open the door, but the keypad is in German. If you don't understand, you have to problem-solve yourself, there's no one to help you. - One time my room didn't open. Keypad showed some reasoning in German which I didn't understand. Thankfully there were some cleaning ladies on the floor who opened the room for me. Not sure what happened there. That was the last time I needed to access the room, so I didn't investigate this further. But that would be a bummer if this happened when no one was around. - Lastly, there's no AC, which I didn't realize during booking. It was hot in the room (4th floor).

Liked: It was clean with all hotel functionalities. Moreover, the communication about my stay was excellent
Disliked: Paying online was a bit challenging but the staff was so professional and assisted accordingly
