Comfortable room for a short...

Liked: This is now the second time that we have stayed at McDreams Leipzig. For us the location is excellent - no. 3 tram is right out the front. Tonnes of bakeries and grocery shops in the area. We didn't use the covered carparking instead we found street parking which is plentiful. Previously we had a 'two bedroom' room so we could be all together as a family. This time around we had two separate rooms (not as convenient - but we knew this was the only option) at least they were right next door to one another. Beds were fine. Loved the mural on the wall - could read interesting facts about Leipzig.
Disliked: Our code stopped working on one of the bedrooms at 10.26am - even though we could stay through till 11am. Luckily we had already packed everything up and had cleared out of the room.

Liked: It's location is very good, with the tram before the door. The city is in direct reach!I had to contact the staff several times. They answered the telephone quickly, professionally and friendly, and emails were answered within 36 hours.
Disliked: After booking on booking.com, we received an email to pay even more (but staff solved this mistake quickly).When entering the first time, our code didn't work on the front door. We had to call. Staff solved this quickly, but it wasn't convenient.The wifi wasn't reliable; multiple websites didn't work and video's didn't play.The cleaning of the room only happens when explicitly asked, but the floor was clearly not vacuum cleaned; it made kind of a dirty impression.The ventilation in the bathroom didn't turn on, so the water was dripping from the walls.In general, it didn't look bad, but the details which should make it a nice stay weren't there.
