Disliked: reception area, but at the end of the day you don't do anything there

Good value but WiFi needs...

Liked: Good location, easy to access public transportation (buses). Lots of cafe and restaurant options nearby. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: The WiFi was completely unstable. It did not work at all in some of the rooms. This seems like such an easy fix and I would easily rebook here if it was better.

Nice apartments in a great...

Liked: Great location. Comfortable beds and good bathroom with excellent shower. Provided clean towels daily. Two TV’s was nice.
Disliked: The apartment wasn’t clean when we arrived. The floors were filthy with hair and grit. Asked for the floors to be cleaned twice but nothing was done. One TV wasn’t working and one of the doors to the balcony wouldn’t lock, we told the staff member at the front desk and the TV was fixed the next day but the door wasn’t. We asked to have the door fixed three times as it couldn’t be locked and nothing was done, gave up asking.
