Disliked: Bed was dirty and smelly!!! Had to request new and clean sheets and pillows. Staff was unhelpful and indifferent.

Liked: I like the location and the breakfast.
Disliked: I stayed before with no issues but this time the room was moldy and the whole floor was wet in the room after our showers including under the glass on the desk

Super underrated property in Miami...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The property is in a great location as well if you’re not into the loud and over crowded south beach area. Easy access to the beach and we loved our ocean view room. Well worth it! Thanks to the whole staff for their help!
Disliked: The floor in the room could’ve been a little cleaner and one of the elevators was down but other than that, can’t complain!

Good but expensive for what...

Liked: Location is ok. Breakfast is very good.
Disliked: It’s a bit too priced for the type of hotel. The halls with carpet a walls not well kept, specially first floor. The beach service ok, but if you serve lunch at the beach you could at least have a small plastic table beside de beach chairs. 30 usd per 2 beach chairs ans 1 umbrella can pay for a small plastic table for those that order lunch. Late check out for a price was not even available. 1 pm is not late at all

Great chilled beachside spot!

Liked: Beachside location, very chilled and good restaurants nearby! Breakfast was good and lovely views of the sea
Disliked: Expensive for one night but in context of Miami not too bad

Pleasant

Liked: Beautiful location and a very nice pool and lounge area.
Disliked: The room was a big disappointment. For that price to have a window against a dark wall a few meter from the window is not what I expected. Window was in addition very dirty.
