It’s ok, been at better.

Liked: Location is good, give u a towel for free.
Disliked: Not keen that you get your $20 key deposit back in cash. Staying in a private room for two people they make to take two keys ($40). Not enough toilets. Overall there are probably better hostels for the same price.

Convenient place, helpful and attentive...

Liked: Great staff except for the blond guy on our last day. Lovely big kitchen to cook, excellent facilities.
Disliked: The blond guy on our last day- very rude, demanded two of us both carried a key card (20 dollar deposit per card so why risk losing both?) even though we were just going out for 5 mins to shop - ‘you read and signed T&C etc’ which we didn’t read after 50h flight, completely jet lagged and tired. They should have included/ send us long wordy T&C before arrival if it was so important for all guests to carry their own room cards despite they already know how many guests are staying in which room. Pointless rule as any guest can bring in another person if they took out 2 cards- not that we would do such a thing but made no sense. I’d rather keep one of the cards in a safe place and share the card between 2 of us- after all we had our own private room. Bathroom could have been cleaner. They should fix broken shower and stop wasting water from dripping shower head.

Liked: Location and staff who obviously like their job. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Disliked: Cold in some rooms. Hot water bottle helps .

Overall we were happy with...

Liked: .the beds are comfortable and you got proper quilt.the showers are very hot and spacious .good location(lots of food and shopping places).we were allowed to pick our room ( we chose the quieter area)
Disliked: .walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the rooms above you and next to you .we were told the red area was quiet but we found it was very loud we were right next to an alley and every night (around 2pm-4pm ) a bin lorry would park down there for around 20 mins which was very loud.the sanitary bins in the toilet were often over flowing
